Windows 2009/Antivirus 2009
This is a nasty virus that effects machines either through going to a website or through an e-mail. What it does is it will pretend to be an antivirus software that will scan your machine for viruses. If possible when you see it, do the CTRL + ALT + DEL and cancel the webpage that is currently open. We somehow got this virus on a staff computer at the Menominee County Library. I downloaded the program from the site Jean listed and put it on a flashdrive and put it on the machine following the instructions it listed. It worked like a charm! Thanks for the great advice Jean!
